HOW
PIZZA is an independent bi-annual publication about culture and contemporary style, created in November 2010. Halfway between an art book and a magazine, it explores and tells about present and future Italian creativity through contents that range from fashion, photography, art, style, theatre to music, design, fiction, architecture, illustration, cinema, graphics and beauty. The English version is distributed in libraries, museums, bookshops and newsstands in Italy, France, Germany, England, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, USA, Canada, Brazil, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Out on October 2011, www.pizzadigitale.it is a bilingual independent publishing project that follows the editorial line of the biannual paper magazine by developing contents for the web. The focus is still on Italian culture and latter generation’s style, but the look is now quicker and not necessarily linked to the daily life.

WHY
PIZZA and pizzadigitale.it born from the idea to tell the culture of fashion and style and Italian to select, grow, communicate and represent a new generation of Italians. Protagonists of pages of paper and virtual PIZZA and pizzadigitale.it come from the idea of telling about fashion culture and Italian style, and selecting, supporting, representing a new generation of Italian people. The protagonists of the paper and virtual pages of PIZZA and pizzadigitale.it are: projects, ideas, collections, works, writings by talented youngsters alongside of those by the key figures of Italian style, international personalities who work with art, culture, fashion, presented and questioned about the value of the ‘made in Italy’ in the society of today and tomorrow; there are going to be insights about creators and phenomena in the history of Italian style, and focus on the strong and less common clichés of the Italian style .
WHAT
PIZZA is a biannual magazine in English, published in 2,500 copies coming out in February and September. Its format is 30, 5 x 23 cm and the foliation is of 240 pages. The beauty and the aesthetical integrity of the magazine, which is seen as a collectible item, are observed by selecting a few pages for the advertising space and achieving special projects thought ad hoc for the companies
pizzadigitale.it is daily updated with news, sections and articles that reach about 50,000 page views per month, constantly growing, with a percentage of 58% of regular readers.

PIZZA and pizzadigitale.it are addressed to an international audience of experts, followers and consumers of fashion and style, with great attention to the changes, new and contemporary events.
