Italian brand born from the cultural and professional liaison between a tuscan designer, Michel Bergamo, and a talented photographer and architect from Florence, Cristina Zamagni. Boboutic is a project that explores knitting as its favorite field of creative expression. Artisanal know how to craft new forms and cutting edge silhouettes. Each piece has its own story, inspired – according to the creator’s claim – from the mundane and everyday life. Smart provocation for them, who know very well they have found the right key to communicate a world, that of high-end knitwear, which finds little space in the worldwide distribution market, or only declined in the classical proposals of pullovers, cardigans and sweaters. The Boboutic since 2001 have extended the standard notion of knitwear to the entire women’s wardrobe, and found favor with audiences, sure for a niche but – precisely because of this reason – attentive to the quality of yarn used, the creation of hand made garments and the ingenious construction of new silhouettes and original structures.
Boboutic shows - as usual - the new Fall/Winter 2012/13 collection in Paris, at the Galerie Neri Marino from March 1st to 6th, 2012, and during the fair Tranoi Femme from March 2nd to 5th, Salle Gabriel Delorme.
